Power on Press power button until you get a single vibration

Power off Hold the power button for 2 seconds until you get 3 vibrations. I suggest you give it a try now.

To know if your device is on. and how much battery is left, press the logo button.  Every press will produce led flickers indicating also how much battery is left.

The logo button also increases the vibration strength.  There are 4 levels. With each press, it will become stronger, and when it reaches its maximum, it will go back to weak.

You're now invited to wear your companion. It measures your breath by sensing the movement of your belly against your clothes. It should be worn between the belly button and the hip bone, with the short part with air symbol towards the inside, logo towards the outside.

The companion is made to stay on you all day, no matter what you're doing. It's hard to put on, but it will stay. Push it all the way in - it's strong and won't be harmed.  Make sure it sits snuggly all the way in.

If you wear a belt, you can wrap the belt around the device.

If your clothing is loose, you can just lay it under your pants or slip it on the rim of your underpants.

Remember, the device measures the movement of your abdomen against a stable surface. If you find it's not accurate, try moving it to another spot between your belly button and hip bone
